Dear Health Professionals, Engineers, and Students;

We are honored and happy to invite you to the 1st Congress of Current Approaches in Motion Analysis with International Participation, which will be held with face-to-face participants and hybrid sessions within the scope of the closure of the TÜBİTAK Project on October 21-22, 2022. We believe that the symposium will contribute to the research of academicians with its high scientific content and will open new horizons for our students and young colleagues. In addition, we aim to strengthen the interdisciplinary bond by providing the interdisciplinary information exchange and working environment required for the effective use of motion analysis in health and non-health fields.

The opening conference of our congress, known for his groundbreaking contributions to the field and the owner of many international awards, Prof. Dr. Jeffrey Hausdorff will deliver a talk titled “Is Cognitive Function a Double-edged Sword when it Comes to Falls Among Older Adults?”. Then, we will have the opportunity to listen to our valuable speakers on the themes of movement analysis in adult and pediatric neurological diseases, work-specific movement analysis, movement analysis in healthy and paralympic athletes, fall risk analysis, and engineering approaches in movement analysis and artificial intelligence use.

In our congress, we will also have the opportunity to listen to the activities of the teams that carry out intensive activities in the field of motion analysis and conduct research in different universities and private institutions through workshops.

Oral and poster presentations in accordance with the "Motion Analysis" theme will be included in our congress. All presentations (oral, poster presentations, and speech summaries) will be published in the e-book to be created on our congress website.

We aim to strengthen scientific sharing by bringing together health professionals working in the field of rehabilitation. We will be happy to be with you, valuable participants, at the Congress of Current Approaches in Movement Analysis with International Participation.
